I embarked on my journey in performance marketing as a Performance Marketing Manager at Neoxi, a dynamic SaaS startup based in Istanbul, Turkey. Joining the team in June 2021, I took on the challenge of leveraging various paid media channels to generate leads and drive conversions.
In just two weeks, I achieved a remarkable milestone—successfully generating 2000 leads by orchestrating strategic campaigns on Google Display Network, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn. This early success set the tone for my tenure, where innovation and data-driven strategies became the hallmark of my approach.
One standout achievement was a threefold increase in sales within a one-month timeframe for an Ecommerce Shopify website. Implementing highly effective paid campaigns on Google Shopping, Facebook & Instagram, and Pinterest proved instrumental in achieving this impressive result.
My focus on data-driven growth marketing strategies resulted in a significant reduction in Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and a commendable 20% increase in revenue. By closely tracking web and social media trends and employing analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL, I identified strategic opportunities for market expansion.
Multivariate A/B testing became a cornerstone of my approach, leading to a remarkable 150% improvement in the conversion rate of marketing landing pages for advertising campaigns. Additionally, I enhanced engagement in Email marketing and automation campaigns on Klaviyo by up to 20%, presenting results visually using Google Data Studio (GDS) to stakeholders.
In the realm of retargeting campaigns, I successfully guided Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) through the designed sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM and Apparel Magic. My tenure at Neoxi was marked by innovation, growth, and the pursuit of excellence in performance marketing.
My journey continued at Kanoon Iran Novin, where I served as a Performance Marketing Associate from May 2019 to June 2021. Based in Tehran, Iran, this hybrid role allowed me to further refine my skills in digital marketing.
One notable accomplishment was the substantial increase in the average Click-Through Rate (CTR) for 15 niche keywords, rising from 15% to an impressive 25%. Leveraging SEO tools, including Screamingfrog, SEMRUSH, and Moz, played a pivotal role in achieving this success.
I spearheaded the development, management, and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns across Google search ads, Instagram, and Facebook ads. The outcome was a remarkable 70% reduction in Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and an average of 100 new customers per month.
The creation of a custom data dashboard using MetaBase/SQL allowed for effective tracking of the impact of each action on revenue and customer engagement rates, resulting in a 2% growth in customer retention.
Collaboration with the product and support team, coupled with the implementation of OKR-based structures, led to an improvement in B2B sales efficiency by up to 30%. An offsite SEO plan targeting specific keywords resulted in a 40% increase in scale and bid optimization.
Analyzing cross-channel reports and enhancing key metrics such as Lifetime Value (LTV), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) using attribution models contributed to an impressive threefold increase in revenue. This period at Kanoon Iran Novin was characterized by strategic thinking, impactful campaigns, and continuous optimization.
My journey in performance marketing took me to Nazarbazaar (ResearchOnMobile acquired by RIWI), where I served as a Performance Marketing Specialist from April 2018 to May 2019. This on-site role allowed me to further refine my skills and contribute to the company's growth.
Collaborating with the product and support team, I utilized OKR-based structures to improve B2B sales efficiency by up to 30%. Creating three loyal customer personas and enhancing the user experience (UX) led to a significant 45% optimization in average revenue per user (ARPU) and increased conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Strategies implemented resulted in a remarkable 150% increase in basket size orders through the email channel. This achievement was closely monitored through ROI reports and tracked the development of conversion rates in push messages using OneSignal.
The successful reduction of bounce rates by 9% through the implementation of Google Tag Manager showcased my commitment to data-driven optimization.

I led a gamified campaign that significantly boosted product development and attracted attention to the CRO24 service. The campaign aimed to convince customers of the power of CRO24, a service dedicated to optimizing customer goals' conversion rate. The gamified approach not only enhanced engagement but also contributed to the product's overall success.
This campaign focused on customer/user acquisition for Keshmoon and Charkhoone, one of Irancell's products. The strategy involved sharing Keshmoon's popularity and leveraging Irancell's media to increase awareness and acquire new customers. The campaign's success surpassed minimum customer acquisition costs, resulting in at least 70 potential customers with a moderate average basket size. My role encompassed planning the campaign, negotiating with Irancell, and optimizing the conversion rate through A/B testing.

+20% retention for a crypto exchange
As the provider of the cutting-edge crypto exchange SaaS product in EMEA market, Bittestan, we noticed varying repeat purchase rates among users.
To optimize user engagement and conversion, I devised an RFM segmentation model that categorizes users according to their Recency, Frequency, and Monetization behavior.
By gathering feedback through surveys and utilizing SQL to integrate data, I gained valuable insights into the unique preferences and triggers of each segment. These valuable findings have helped us refine our approach, tailor our strategies, and drive even greater success for our clients.

on Facebook ads
As the lead generator for this B2B software development company in the U.S and Canadian market,
I decided to switch things up and opt for a Facebook ads Lead Generation campaign instead of relying on Google ads.
But that was just the beginning. I also revamped our approach, targeting entrepreneurs seeking to develop their MVP software with attention-grabbing ad copies such as "Get your MVP in record time with our team of 10x developers" as opposed to the mundane "No need to hire developers for your startup idea."
And it didn't stop there. I also implemented Pixel tagging to retarget users who engaged in our contact form. The result? We saw an impressive 70% decrease in cost per acquisition. My manager was thrilled, and so was I.
Hiking ARPU up to 45%
During my tenure at a leading market research online platform, our focus was on EMEA countries, where we boasted an impressive +40K users as survey respondents.
Given that each of our clients had unique requirements for user types, including varying demographics and properties, I saw an opportunity to create a customized calculator landing page. The page provided clients with insights on how many users they needed for their specific projects, thus optimizing their experience.
Moreover, I identified three business categories that held significant potential for generating more revenue on each project- Healthcare, Finance, and Technology.
By strategically targeting these industries and expanding our lead generation efforts, we saw a remarkable boost in both our client base and bottom line.
+25% CTR on Video ads
One of my clients was a clinic in Vancouver that was struggling to generate leads and drive traffic to their website via a Google ad campaign.
I suggest performing a PMax campaign to find the best placement for them first, Youtube ad campaigns significantly performed better than others.
Determined to make a change, I dove deep into the data and analyzed every aspect of the campaign. I examined the target audience, ad creatives, and messaging to identify areas that could be improved upon.
After conducting extensive research, I discovered that our target audience was more likely to engage with videos that showcased personal stories and relatable experiences. Armed with this insight, I developed a series of creative, emotionally-charged videos that spoke directly to our audience's pain points.
I also continued our search ads with attention-grabbing headlines and compelling calls-to-action, regarding our marketing channel attribution reports.
Eventually, our click-through rate skyrocketed, and we began generating a flood of new leads and inquiries from prospective patients.
2000 leads generated on GDN in 2 weeks
Renault, the world-renowned automaker, had a vision to encourage drivers in the GCC market to invest in original spare parts and also launched an e-commerce website to offer a trusted retail experience.
To support the launch of the website, I devised a compelling lead generation campaign that offered a lottery prize exclusively for Renault drivers. My strategy involved leveraging the Google display network as the primary media for the campaign, using carefully crafted banners that showcased the prize but were reserved only for Renault owners.
While the lead form wasn't without its challenges, requiring drivers to provide their VIN code to verify ownership of Renault cars, our results were nothing short of phenomenal. Through persistent placement optimizations, we generated a staggering +2000 leads in just two short weeks.
Our efforts didn't just help Renault secure more customers, but also helped establish the brand as a trusted and reliable source of original spare parts for drivers in the GCC market. The success of the campaign was a testament to our creativity, innovation, and dedication to delivering impactful results for our clients.
+150% Conversion rate using Google Optimize
Working with an FMCG online retailer, our mission was to showcase the unique value proposition of our all-organic and natural product offerings, such as honey, saffron, and more.
Our second challenge was to effectively communicate to our customers that they were buying products directly from farmers, ensuring that they were of the highest quality and that the farmers were receiving their fair share of the revenue.
After conducting extensive research and testing various optimization strategies, we discovered that using images of farmers was the most effective way to convey our message and connect with our audience. We implemented this approach across all our marketing efforts, from social media to email campaigns, and the response was overwhelmingly positive.
Our customers were impressed by the authenticity and transparency of our approach, and they appreciated the opportunity to support farmers directly. By consistently leveraging these powerful visual elements, we were able to establish ourselves as the leading retailer of all-natural and organic products, while also making a meaningful impact on the lives of farmers across the country.
